Being a mom means most of my art is done with two little helpers. Which realistically means my art usually gets put on hold while I help them make theirs...in mommy's art room...with mommy's expensive art supplies.

 

When we are not making "art", we also love "making" just about anything really...sewing, cooking, baking, crafting - anything DIY or with glitter glue. Thank you Pinterest!

 

My husband(who doesn't particularly like country music)LOVES to remind me in song, "You're gonna miss this, you're gonna want this back..."

 

As I know this to be true, my hope is that the memories we are sharing are the ones strong enough to last a lifetime.  The ones that cause them to smile when they think back.  The ones that are laying the foundation for the people they will become.
